How it works

A motor spins a textured roller against the skin. The roller lifts away the hard, dry surface layer that’s built up. It works on dry skin — soaking first makes the roller clog and the results worse.

How to use it

Three steps, ten minutes.

01

Smooth

On clean, dry skin. Glide the roller slowly over rough areas with light pressure — let the device do the work rather than pressing.

02

Nourish

Wipe away the dust, then work the urea balm in. Best at night, with socks on afterwards.

03

Maintain

Balm most nights. Smooth again when you feel it building back up. Swap the roller when it stops biting.

The one thing most people get wrong

Don't soak your feet first. It's the instinct from pumice stones, but wet skin clogs the roller and gives a disappointing result. Dry skin, light pressure.

vs. filing by hand

You actually finish

A pumice stone and a manual file use the same principle — friction. The honest difference isn't that this is gentler. It's that manual filing is slow, tiring and done at an awkward angle, so most people stop before the job is done. Powered means you finish.

vs. booking a pedicure

No appointment, no waiting

A pedicure is a lovely thing and this doesn't replace it — we don't do nails. But roughness comes back long before your next appointment. This is what fills that gap, on your own sofa, whenever you notice it.

Before you use it

Safety & suitability

Sunday Sole is a beauty and grooming product for everyday foot care. It isn't a medical device and isn't intended to diagnose or treat any condition.

Please don't use it if you have:

  • Diabetes, neuropathy or reduced circulation — speak to your doctor or a podiatrist first
  • Broken, bleeding, irritated or infected skin
  • Any foot condition you're currently being treated for

Use light pressure and stop if the skin becomes sore or red. It's a tool for gradual, regular maintenance — not for removing everything in one go. Keep away from children.

Questions

Good to know.

How does it work?

A motor spins a textured roller. Held against the skin, it lifts away the hard, dry surface layer that builds up on heels and soles.

Dry skin or wet?

Dry, always. It's the opposite of how a pumice stone works, so it catches people out — but wet skin clogs the roller and the result is far worse.

How often should I use it?

Whenever roughness builds back up — for most people that's every week or two. It isn't a daily product. Use the balm in between.

Will it hurt?

It shouldn't. Use light pressure and let the device do the work — pressing harder doesn't speed it up, it just risks taking off too much. Stop if the skin feels sore.

What's the warranty?

Two years, free, on every device. If it stops working, email us and we'll send a replacement. No receipt hunting, no return shipping.

Who shouldn't use it?

If you have diabetes, neuropathy or reduced circulation, please speak to your doctor or podiatrist before using any callus tool. Don't use it on broken, bleeding or irritated skin.
